Organized fraud network selling forged national exam results (multi-year, high-value) Dear Telegram Moderation Team, I am reporting an organized financial fraud operation running on Telegram since at least March 2024. Channels: https://t.me/taghirrotbee https://t.me/+0YyS510T65IyZjRk (private price-list channel) Accounts: @rezrv_konkor (current), @konkor_rezrv (previous) What they sell: Guaranteed alteration of applicants' rankings and high-school GPAs in Iran's national university entrance exam (Konkur), plus forged certificates they claim can be verified on the official website of the National Organization for Educational Testing (Sanjesh), a government body. No third party can alter these results. Every transaction is fraudulent by definition. Documented prices (Iranian toman): 2024: GPA of 19 — 75 million; rank 100–200 — 850 million 2025: rank 100–200 — 1.2 billion; GPA for two school years — 350 million 2026: priced by field and city — medicine in Tehran 1,550–1,850 million; dentistry 1,600–1,900 million; pharmacy up to 1,700 million; GPA for grade 12 alone — 400 million Individual demands run from roughly 75 million to 1.9 billion toman — on the order of one thousand to twenty thousand US dollars per victim, in a country where this represents years of household income. Aggravating factors: Victims are minors. Targets are 17–18 year olds and their parents. Government impersonation and document forgery. They advertise "verifiable certificates from Sanjesh" and invite victims to check them — a fabricated verification claim used to defeat suspicion. Coercive sales mechanics. Manufactured scarcity ("capacity: 10 people" → "9 remaining"), deadline pressure ("prices rise 100–200 million in July — reserve now"), and instructions to send a keyword to trigger a phone call. Deliberate move off-platform. All substantive discussion is pushed to voice calls, explicitly to avoid a written record. Advance collection from future cohorts. They solicit deposits from candidates for the 2027–2031 exam years — collecting money years before any claimed service, from children currently in school. Account rotation. The operator has already migrated identities from @konkor_rezrv to @rezrv_konkor, indicating this will recur if only one account is actioned. Requested action: Permanent deletion of both channels and a permanent platform ban on @rezrv_konkor and @konkor_rezrv, including any linked accounts and devices. A restriction or scam label is insufficient — this is a multi-year, high-value operation that has already survived one identity change. I have preserved screenshots of the price lists and can provide them on request.

Есть такой VPN Cronos как он работает я не в курсе не было необходимости проверять, а вот то что реферальные не выводит так это да!! Посоветовал мне и другим людям реферальную систему в VPN CRONOS @brosklil так как я знаю его доверился, хотя и смущала цена за каждого приглашенного 0.12$ но @brosklil сказал там все збс:) Заявку на вывод средств создал г26.07.2026 и все тишина 🔇 не жалко тех 6.29$ сам факт как оказалось @brosklil ищет людей которые заводили бы свою аудиторию в 💖 проект далее просто жди там проверяют рефералов:) что можно проверять 16 дней? Тупо скамина иначе не сказать. Тут вижу тоже парня подвел, я конечно скептически к таким обвинениям отношусь, но когда есть скрины и все четко видно начинаю задумываться. По итогу сам же и сказал я продал бот потому как он херня и работает от креатора:) поддержка там тоже мертвая
