This account appears to be using a mass-reporting tool (“Snoser”) to unlawfully coordinate and submit bulk reports against other Telegram accounts, apparently with the aim of getting those accounts restricted or terminated. The profile itself references “Snoser,” which supports this concern. This activity appears abusive and harmful to other users and may violate Telegram’s rules. Please urgently investigate the account, review the evidence, and take appropriate enforcement action. Given the apparent misuse of reporting systems, I request that this account be permanently closed.
