Appeals

If your dispute is denied and you have new evidence or information, you may submit a follow-up appeal. Please clearly mark your email as "APPEAL" and include the original dispute reference number.

Good Faith Policy

We take all disputes seriously and aim to resolve them fairly. However, we also protect the integrity of legitimate reports. Frivolous or bad-faith disputes may result in no action. Abuse of the dispute process may result in being blocked from future submissions.

⚠️ Important Notice

Submitting false information in a dispute request, including fraudulent evidence or impersonating someone else, may have legal consequences and will result in rejection of your request.
