According to the available evidence, the affected accounts and communities did not appear to engage in illegal activities or violate Telegram’s Terms of Service or community rules. Nevertheless, they were reportedly terminated following allegations that may have been false or misleading. Of particular concern, the individuals involved have allegedly published statements about these actions on their own Telegram channels, both before and after the affected accounts or communities were taken down. These posts, together with dated screenshots and relevant links, may help establish a timeline of events and clarify whether the reporting system was deliberately misused. I am submitting this report to request an independent review of the available evidence, including the relevant channel publications, timestamps, and the circumstances surrounding the reported terminations. I believe that any deliberate misuse of reporting mechanisms to target innocent users or communities should be investigated fairly and objectively. However, the allegations should be assessed on the basis of verifiable evidence rather than assumptions.
