I would like to report individuals who allegedly abuse Telegram’s reporting system to get users, groups, and channels suspended or permanently terminated through unfounded reports. According to the available evidence, the affected accounts and communities did not appear to engage in illegal activities or violate Telegram’s Terms of Service or community rules. Nevertheless, they were reportedly terminated following allegations that may have been false or misleading. Of particular concern, the individuals involved have allegedly published statements about these actions on their own Telegram channels, both before and after the affected accounts or communities were taken down. These posts, together with dated screenshots and relevant links, may help establish a timeline of events and clarify whether the reporting system was deliberately misused. I am submitting this report to request an independent review of the available evidence, including the relevant channel publications, timestamps, and the circumstances surrounding the reported terminations. I believe that any deliberate misuse of reporting mechanisms to target innocent users or communities should be investigated fairly and objectively. However, the allegations should be assessed on the basis of verifiable evidence rather than assumptions. Evidence available: Relevant Telegram channel links, archived or dated posts, screenshots published before and after the terminations, and links to the affected communities where available. I request that this report be reviewed and that any findings be based on the evidence provided.

I bought a plan for $820. It turned out to be completely useless, so i immediately contacted their support. After that, they started trying to upsell me a $1900 plan, promising that everything would definitely work if i bought it. I refused and asked for a refund. After that, they banned my account on their site.

stresser.st

These are scammers from Russia who have been running large-scale scams for a long time, targeting people in the United States and Europe. They run several English-language websites aimed at customers in the EU and the US who are willing to pay. They offer DDoS services through so-called stressers. They claim their stressers can bypass any protection and that they control between 3 Tbps (3000 Gbps) and 5 Tbps (5000 Gbps) of attack power. This is a lie. They have nothing. Their stressers are completely fake and empty. After you pay for any plan on any of their sites, you get nothing. If you complain or ask their support team any questions, they simply ban your account. They also offer a domain takedown service and claim they can take down or block any domain. This is also a lie. After you pay, they lose interest in you. They will try to get you to pay more money. If that doesn't work, they will just ignore you. The goal of all these sites (which belong to the same group of Russian scammers) is to take as much money from you as possible under different excuses — by selling you an expensive stresser plan or a domain takedown service — and then disappear once they have your money. Do not deal with these people. These websites are all run by the same group of scammers: overload.su – SCAM ddos.su – SCAM stresse.st – SCAM stresser.st – SCAM overload.st – SCAM There is one more risk: after you pay them, they may try to blackmail you. They can threaten to send your personal data and information about which sites you tried to attack to the police, and demand more money in exchange for not doing so. Be careful.
