I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the Telegram account @emobuba for the deliberate and repeated abuse of Telegram’s reporting mechanisms. The account is using Snoser to mass-report other users in a coordinated manner, with the apparent objective of triggering unjustified account restrictions and removals. This conduct represents a serious misuse of platform safety systems and interferes with legitimate moderation processes. I request that Telegram urgently investigate this activity, review the associated reporting records, and take immediate enforcement action. Given the nature and persistence of this abuse, @emobuba should be permanently removed from the platform.
