I bought 4 motorcycles from him and he delivered to California. He said since he's a dealer the titles were on the way to him in Arkansas but it has been almost 8 weeks. He also said he had a buyer for 1 and that we would split the profit so it took it back to Arkansas and sold it and now is refusing to send the money. I reported him to the Arkansas state police and motor vehicle commission because he has a dealers license. The police told me he has 2 other cases as well. He did 6 years in prison for receiving stolen property and burglary and I'm not even sure the motorcycles I bought aren't stolen. When I told him I would be litigating this matter he tried to get me to sign a non disclosure agreement to not post anything bad about him and that was the only way I was going to get my money for my motorcycle. I didn't sign it and he has effectively told me he's not going to pay me. He arrived in San Diego at 1am the morning of July 5th. I told him I would be out celebrating all day the 4th of July but I would meet up with him. He recorded the whole interaction and continues to threaten to post the videos of me intoxicated helping him unload my motorcycles. My only concern with this is he threatened this instead of just paying what he owes me and wanted to use his following to blackmail me. I have the text messages and voice messages of this. I'm just uploading what I can

He is scamming young children on Roblox by making them change their email into his and he says he will give Robux if you change the email and he has admitted to it
