I bought 4 motorcycles from him and he delivered to California. He said since he's a dealer the titles were on the way to him in Arkansas but it has been almost 8 weeks. He also said he had a buyer for 1 and that we would split the profit so it took it back to Arkansas and sold it and now is refusing to send the money. I reported him to the Arkansas state police and motor vehicle commission because he has a dealers license. The police told me he has 2 other cases as well. He did 6 years in prison for receiving stolen property and burglary and I'm not even sure the motorcycles I bought aren't stolen.

I purchased four motorcycles from him, and he delivered them to California. He represented himself as a licensed dealer and told me that the titles were being sent to him in Arkansas. However, it has now been nearly eight weeks, and I still do not have the necessary titles or documentation for the motorcycles. Shortly after the purchase, he told me that he had a buyer interested in one of the motorcycles I had just purchased. He offered to take the motorcycle back to Arkansas, sell it on my behalf, and split the profit with me. I agreed. He subsequently took the motorcycle back to Arkansas and sold it, but he has refused to send me my portion of the proceeds. I have reported the matter to the Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission because he operates as a licensed dealer. I was also informed by law enforcement that there are two other cases involving him. I understand that he previously served six years in prison for receiving stolen property and burglary, which has raised additional concerns for me about whether the motorcycles I purchased were legitimately obtained. When I informed him that I was considering litigation, he attempted to make payment for my motorcycle conditional on my signing a non-disclosure agreement stating that I would not post anything negative about him or his business on social media. I refused to sign the agreement, and he has effectively told me that he will not pay me unless I agree to those terms. There is also an issue involving video recordings he made when he delivered the motorcycles to San Diego. He arrived around 1:00 a.m. on July 5th. I had previously told him that I would be out celebrating the Fourth of July but would still meet him when he arrived. He recorded the entire interaction, including me helping him unload the motorcycles while I had been drinking earlier that evening. He has since threatened to post those videos of me appearing intoxicated on social media. My concern is not that he recorded the interaction. My concern is that, rather than simply paying me the money he owes me, he has threatened to use his social media following and the recordings as leverage against me. I believe these threats were intended to pressure me into either signing the non-disclosure agreement or giving up my claim for the money he owes me. I have preserved the text messages and voice messages documenting these conversations, including his statements regarding the payment, the non-disclosure agreement, and the videos.

When I told him I would be litigating this matter he tried to get me to sign a non disclosure agreement to not post anything bad about him and that was the only way I was going to get my money for my motorcycle. I didn't sign it and he has effectively told me he's not going to pay me. He arrived in San Diego at 1am the morning of July 5th. I told him I would be out celebrating all day the 4th of July but I would meet up with him. He recorded the whole interaction and continues to threaten to post the videos of me intoxicated helping him unload my motorcycles. My only concern with this is he threatened this instead of just paying what he owes me and wanted to use his following to blackmail me. I have the text messages and voice messages of this.
