Scammer contacted me first via the Bluesky social website, pretending to be an "Anna Lynch", and using images of an already well known influencer, "Mrs. Poindexter" whose images are used by this new scammer via text messages on the phone 1(336)2647224. The scammer started very romantically, did not mind that I stated I am married, and on day two of the conversation, stated they wanted to share music with me, via a Spotify playlist, but that they needed $300.00 USD to reactivate their account. Once they asked for money, they became one track minded, always aksing for the money. On day three, they reduced the amount to $150.00 USD, and continued to ask for it, using poor tactics to do so. I never sent them any money, instead sent some really badly taken pictures, with only a partial of my head, or blurry pictures. Nothing more. Kept them going until day 4, where I blew them off by pretending to be angry that all they wanted to talk about was this money. I did get them to send me a PayPal email address, since they first asked to use Cash App, so hopefully, there is a bank account connected to that email which is: Shawn.alderman63@yahoo.com I am also reporting them to Yahoo and PayPal. The images are what the scammer was using, it is not the actual scammer. A quick Google reverse image search provided instant results.

I purchased four motorcycles from him, and he delivered them to California. He represented himself as a licensed dealer and told me that the titles were being sent to him in Arkansas. However, it has now been nearly eight weeks, and I still do not have the necessary titles or documentation for the motorcycles. Shortly after the purchase, he told me that he had a buyer interested in one of the motorcycles I had just purchased. He offered to take the motorcycle back to Arkansas, sell it on my behalf, and split the profit with me. I agreed. He subsequently took the motorcycle back to Arkansas and sold it, but he has refused to send me my portion of the proceeds. I have reported the matter to the Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission because he operates as a licensed dealer. I was also informed by law enforcement that there are two other cases involving him. I understand that he previously served six years in prison for receiving stolen property and burglary, which has raised additional concerns for me about whether the motorcycles I purchased were legitimately obtained. When I informed him that I was considering litigation, he attempted to make payment for my motorcycle conditional on my signing a non-disclosure agreement stating that I would not post anything negative about him or his business on social media. I refused to sign the agreement, and he has effectively told me that he will not pay me unless I agree to those terms. There is also an issue involving video recordings he made when he delivered the motorcycles to San Diego. He arrived around 1:00 a.m. on July 5th. I had previously told him that I would be out celebrating the Fourth of July but would still meet him when he arrived. He recorded the entire interaction, including me helping him unload the motorcycles while I had been drinking earlier that evening. He has since threatened to post those videos of me appearing intoxicated on social media. My concern is not that he recorded the interaction. My concern is that, rather than simply paying me the money he owes me, he has threatened to use his social media following and the recordings as leverage against me. I believe these threats were intended to pressure me into either signing the non-disclosure agreement or giving up my claim for the money he owes me. I have preserved the text messages and voice messages documenting these conversations, including his statements regarding the payment, the non-disclosure agreement, and the videos.
