This is Aubrey Gamboa. She scammed me out of a little over $500 on a car in 2024, when I was homeless. She used to be my best friend until she illegally repoed a car I was buying from her. It was a 2006 VW New Beetle, the agreed price was $2,500 for $100/wk of payments or house keeping. She claims I wasn't buying it from her, that I was renting it to "stay off the streets." I would help her clean her parent's apartment but honestly my work was taken for granted, I could have an area cleaned up, take a break or leave her house then come back to that same spot dirty or unorganized again. I had the car for 33 days before she decided one day, that she was going to hold me hostage to clean her house. When I refused to comply with those orders because I had to work, she took the keys away, & kicked me out of her house. She stole all my belongings in that car & never once returned my items to me. She also never refunded me my money & has spent the last 2 years harassing me for speaking up about this. Well, the last 2 years I have been pregnant & recovering from postpartum, while raising a baby. She has publicly admitted to stalking me, continues to post about me, & will not stop harassing me via text message. It's to the point where law enforcement is involved because she is super obsessive. I just want my money back but she refuses. She is not trustworthy what so ever. She finds humor in belittling homeless people & antagonizing pregnant women. She is truly a disturbing person who has not healed the way she claims on her TikTok. She is extremely fake & in a deep spiritual psychosis where she cannot accept reality for what it truly is. Aubrey has publicly claimed that she feels she does not owe me the hard earned money I worked for to pay a month's worth of payments & maintenance on that car. I am providing a small amount of proof to show how the payments were labeled, clarity that this wasn't a rental car agreement, & when I last asked her back for my money.

I bought 4 motorcycles from him and he delivered to California. He said since he's a dealer the titles were on the way to him in Arkansas but it has been almost 8 weeks. He also said he had a buyer for 1 and that we would split the profit so it took it back to Arkansas and sold it and now is refusing to send the money. I reported him to the Arkansas state police and motor vehicle commission because he has a dealers license. The police told me he has 2 other cases as well. He did 6 years in prison for receiving stolen property and burglary and I'm not even sure the motorcycles I bought aren't stolen. When I told him I would be litigating this matter he tried to get me to sign a non disclosure agreement to not post anything bad about him and that was the only way I was going to get my money for my motorcycle. I didn't sign it and he has effectively told me he's not going to pay me. He arrived in San Diego at 1am the morning of July 5th. I told him I would be out celebrating all day the 4th of July but I would meet up with him. He recorded the whole interaction and continues to threaten to post the videos of me intoxicated helping him unload my motorcycles. My only concern with this is he threatened this instead of just paying what he owes me and wanted to use his following to blackmail me. I have the text messages and voice messages of this.
